Returning to Training and Preventing Injury

Our mission at GBR Nutrition is to keep all of our customers in top shape. With the recent announcements, we are hoping the sports and events we all love so much will be open soon. This is a particularly tricky moment for a lot of sports people and athletes in terms of fitness. However, one of our favourite sayings is that, prevention is always better than the cure.

With this in mind, we thought it was important to remind everyone to take the necessary precautions when they get back to training properly. We won’t be able to lift those maximum weights we hit in our last gym session, accelerate quite as explosively, reach that shot or potentially even get out of the armchair without pulling something! Take it easy at first so you can find your new level, build up your strength and flexibility from there… and of course, grab yourself some GBR Collagen Liquid to help protect your joints, tendons and cartilage.
