To the extent permitted by applicable law, GBR Nutrition makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness or currency of the information contained in any of the materials on this web site. GBR Nutrition. reserves the right to change price and availability information without notice.
GBR Nutrition shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this web site.
GBR Nutrition reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.
The liability of GBR Nutrition. and the user’s remedy for any defective product(s) supplied under these Terms shall be a replacement or refund by GBR Nutrition. of the defective product(s). You may cancel your contract with GBR Nutrition for the products you order at any time up to the end of the 7th working day from the date you received the ordered products. You do not need to give GBR Nutrition any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. To cancel your contract, you must notify our Customer Services team in writing. If you have received your products before you cancel your contract you must send the goods back to our contact address. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the products for delivery you must not unpack the products when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us. You will be responsible for the cost of returning all unwanted (non faulty) items back to us. We recommend using a recorded delivery service for insurance reasons. Any damage to items within your order must be reported in writing to our Customer Services team within 48 hours of when you received the ordered products. We will normally arrange for a courier to collect any damaged items at a time agreed with you. In certain circumstances we may ask you to return the items for which we will refund the postal charges by way of a credit voucher. Any issues with your order, with the exception of damage, must be reported in writing to our Customer Services team within 7 days for both and International orders from the date of receipt of the products. The amount of any refunds will have the cost of initial postage and package costs deducted. Please allow up to 14 days for the adjustment to be visible on your account.
GBR Nutrition shall not be liable for economic or financial loss or any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever and howsoever arising.
No exclusions of GBR Nutrition liability in these Terms shall apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of GBR Nutrition or any of its directors, employees or agents or fraudulent misstatement.
